I'm trying to lose belly fat around my stomach and was wondering if watermelon is good or bad for it. I'm also trying to lose some fat on my arms and legs and also trying to build muscle. Thanks.

Sigh.......fruit and veggies are low in calories, low in fat. On weight watchers, you can eat as much as you want.
