Best own a gun if you live in the US. More dangerous than any 3rd world country. Basically as the natives elsewhere in the world aren't up their own 4r5e5

People can see a therapist for marriage issues. Should they lose the right if they've been sectioned? Maybe.

No,they don't..client.therapist laws have strict guidelines for privacy. You would likely need a court order to view any records. And anywhere you can buy an illegal gun regardless.

No, not automatically. But if they are diagnosed as dangerous to themselves or others, or have done certain behaviors, then that can follow - but more in getting a concealed carry permit than simply eligible to own a gun.

No. They have to be diagnosed as a risk to themselves or others. Some people go to therapy to quit smoking, or reconcile confused family dynamics.

They should lose their right if they cannot pass a mental stability or sane test.
