If a particle travels at a constant speed of 10m per 2s, is this a valid proof that it also travels at 5m/s?
No response
The key word is constant. So what I did was plot a graph of the distance covered by the particle against time. Two points: (2, 10), (4, 20) and I found that the gradient is gradient = (20 - 10)/(4 - 2) = 10/2 = 5m/s So the rate of change of the speed is a constant 5m/s, but it's also 10m/2s, hence they...
