I said and did some very stupid things when I was a child/teen and the memories keep coming back. I relive them like it was yesterday and it causes me to "cringe." I feel a lot of shame. I know we all do dumb things and make mistakes, but I can't seem to get over this. Help?

I'm 21 and my goal is to get an associate degree first and then transfer to a university. I have earned 37 credits so far and I feel like it's taking forever to reach 60 credits.
