It's really a selfish act that affects more than just you. Your family is affected, your friends are affected, the people seeing the suicide stories on the news are affected. Life is hard but not unbearable unless you make it.

It doesn’t matter how rich, famous, or how good looking you are. Depression doesn’t discriminate. Depression can effect anyone and can make you feel lonely. People see suicide as an escape and an end to their depression.

Suicide is unnecessary and hurts families. If you need help, talk to someone you trust, or if there's no one, admit yourself into a psychiatric ward and explain your problems there - there are kind nurses and people with mental illness who are nice.
