We don't celebrate conception day. Most parents can't narrow that down to a specific date.

Technically yes. But the accepted standard is to start counting age from the date of birth, not conception (since that could be a few weeks more or less than 9 months and therefore not known date).

My personal opinion is yes. Some cultures place the age of a person at 1 when he is born.
