Why is the gravity around Uranus so high?

It has about 14.5 times Earth's mass, but is so much larger, that the gravity at the cloudtops is only about 90% that of Earth... so, if you weigh 200 pounds on Earth, you'd only weigh about 180 standing on a platform on Uranus' surface.

No idea what you mean. Gravity is a direct result of mass. The more mass, the greater the gravity. Uranus is more massive than the Earth, so therefore the gravity of Uranus is greater than the Earth.
