Most days I hate going out in public..I have so much anxiety over what people may think of me..what can I do?

      Anonymous Try CBT therapy to challenge how you think. Also remember everyone's busy with their own thing so won't be judging you.

      Anonymous Realize that most people don't care and if you have a goof most people won't care or remember the next day. Especially random strangers.

      Anonymous hold your head up, walk on and ignore people, thats how i deal with it.

      Anonymous What does it matter? Strangers won't remember a thing about you 5 minutes after they've seen you. There's a saying that goes "You wouldn't worry so much about what others thought of you if you knew how seldom they did."
