Is going to college barefoot allowed?

I just got accepted at a college a few weeks ago, as I’m going there to meet with the people to see what classes I need to take, I tend to see people walking around with bare feet. Is that allowed at colleges?

College is definitely not for adults. As a 19 year old jr, I’ve seen boy and girls run around campus naked and beer bottles and trash all over the fraternity’s lawn. The term college kids was made for a reason.
