If the earth is round, how come i can't see it curve?

    You can't see it curve from the ground because you're too small compared to the horizon. However, even if you get on a tall mountain or an airplane, you can see that it curves. If you go into space, you can see it quite clearly. As seen from the ISS:

    Being so close to the ground its not easy to see the curvature of the Earth. The higher up we go the easier it is to see it. Not to mention all the footage of astronauts orbiting the clearly round planet Earth.

    You can if you get up high enough. Or you look out over the ocean from shore - you will see ships vanish hull first as they go over the curve.

    You can. Stand along the eastern shore and look to the east. The far edge of the ocean will show a very slight curve.

    Certain places you can. Mt. Diablo in CA is one. It is so high, with no other peaks around it, that you can see the horizon curve from the top of it.
