I accidentally took one extra pill (diphenhydramine), and I'm a little worried. I don't know if something's going to happen, but I need to know what happens if you overdose by just one pill, depending on what the pill is...

You’ll be fine, I took a extra pill once and I thought the same, the next day I was fine. If you take about 7 or more I think classifies as overdose

I don’t think anything would happen. Just fill a glass of water inside of a glass of water to fill the glass’s water to fill each glass of water and don’t drink all at once. Save one glass for each day.
