12 weeks used to always be the cut-off but I think they are trying to change it to 10 weeks. But I think if you have health issues where you or the baby could die the cut-off is 20 weeks but I’m not 100% sure.

9 states in America have no abortion limit but others do up to 28 weeks. In other countries the limit is 24 weeks. If you do not want the child you are having then adoption may be your safest bet.
