I have reached level 7 and I was allowed to place a question in its right category Why not now? What am I doing wrong?

Dunno what you are doing wrong. The function is working as i moved this question from where some L-abuser had put it in Special Education.

If you're level 7 you should be able to hit the edit button and select whatever category you feel it belongs in..... I've been a level 7 for years it's always worked.
