Help I’m desperate how do I treat lower back muscle spasm my doctor gave me 800mg of ibuprofen, feeling better already. What else can I do?

You can usually take tylenol/paracetemol along with ibuprofen, but check with your doctor or pharmacist first in case that's not safe in your particular case.

Did deeper , it could be spondylosis or spondylothesis, im not a doc but if pain continues seek help. Good luck.
