Is tourettes a form of parkinsons?

Nothing like it. Parkinson's is a lack of Dopemine in the brain, mostly age related. Tourette's is a problem with a different part of the brain present from birth.

No. Yes. Maybe? I'll bet they're similar in mechanism, but we just don't know enough about the brain to answer that.
