As there would be nothing to emit light, no sun, no stars, there would be complete darkness. And we would all be dead and frozen at a temperature close to absolute zero. oh, there may be some glowing nebulas, but they are old stars, so none of them either.

The sky is never completely black. In the absence of stars (assuming you're not including the sun) there would still be other sources of light, including the electric lights from cities, light from the moon (which is really just light from the sun), and of course light from the sun. Yes, even at night some light from the sun is carried over by atmosphere. It's not unlike how the inside of your house is illuminated at day time shadow even though there may not necessarily be sunlight directly shining into it; just to a much lesser degree. The light from the cities, the moon, and the sun get scattered at night just the same way sunlight is scattered in day time by a process called Rayleigh Scattering. This, though nearly imperceptible to human eyes, renders the night sky a dark shade of blue. I should add that the part of eye responsible for seeing colour is the fovea; a small pit in the center of our line of sight. This region of the retina is packed with cones, which means it is really good at seeing colours. The trade-off, however, is that it doesn't see as well in low-light conditions. After dark we rely more on our peripheral vision, which can see better in low-light, but isn't so great at seeing colour. This makes the blue of the night sky almost imperceptible, but it's still there.

Obviously yes. And the Earth would be freezing cold. Remember the Sun is a star too.

Our Solar system would cease to exist.

Yes it would be totally Black. Our SUN is a Star and since you said No Stars, that includes our Sun. There would be light from the Cites for a short period, until Earth froze over.
