yes do the work it takes to start recovering. Talk with your doctor, consider a therapist. And it's also very important to use self-help. There is gobs of anxiety self-help online and also depression self-help. Incorporate what you learn about coping into your daily life. It takes time and effort.... you can do this!

Because I have made Jesus Christ my Savior and Lord, I often pray the following Bible promise over my life in Jesus' name: "God hasn't given me a spirit of fear or dread but of power, love and a sound mind."

https://www.helpguide.org/articles/depre... 1. exercise every day 2. sleep at least 7-8 hours a day. 3. google "inspiritional quotes" on the internet, read 2-3 a day 4. help other people, animals, old people. Get outside yourself. 5. limit social media and computer time to 1-2 hours a day. Download the app, CALM. You need to try some meditation, relaxation. You also need to google anxiety in teens. Try to find stuff to help you. You'll be an adult soon, you can’t hide. If you need more, go to a doctor, counselor, get meds, therapy. go to a mental health professional to get help. If you have a broken leg, you go to the doctor for pain meds, a cast, physical therapy afterwards. Same with this. Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-8255 741741 text line

If you have been struggling with severe depression and anxiety for awhile, all alone, it would be wise to seek treatment from a mental health professional. Schedule a mental health evaluation which will provide the results to determine why you are suffering from depression and anxiety. A combination of talk therapy and sometimes medication, are effective in treating these problems. In the meantime, engage in healthy activities like exercise, listening to music, spending time with friends and family, that can divert your attention to more positive things.
