Breasts = now that so many women don't feed their kids but stick them on bottles. The appendix and foreskin are both part of the body's protection from viruses and bacteria.

The foreskin is not "unnecessary". If you understood how/why it works and how to care for it, you're opinion might be different. It's fine if you don't like it or want one... but that doesn't mean it's "unnecessary".
