I jog for not even a minute and I get lightheaded, is that normal ? I can’t even workout without feeling light :(?

No, it is definitely not normal for you to feel lightheaded. See your doctor for a correct evaluation.

talk to a doctor. get a physical if it's been over a year, and make sure everything else is healthy otherwise. make sure you're eating healthy. drink a lot of water before hand and afterwards. do proper stretching before and after workouts.

No, it is not "normal" for a healthy person to get light headed from 1 minute of exertion. See your doctor about this before you continue exercising.
