usually its right after high school, but moslty depends on your parents as well , i never worked right after high school and was low income becasue i had no job at the time, enrolling in college as a low income student with no money i got the most money for college so yes. you are a low income person if you dont work during high school the plus is that you get more financial aid but again it also depends on how much your parents make will will determine your aid

Depends on what you earn, not whether you graduated from high school or college. However, those who only graduate from high school without vocational training or further education often cannot break out of minimum-wage types of jobs. No skills = very low pay, limited future.

It has nothing to do with what level of education you have, it's based entirely on your actual income. "Low income" is a specific term that describes a specific level of income.

High school graduation means nothing since everyone graduates high school. Most college grads, however, have a better quality of life and better job prospects (as long as they didn't major in commodity majors such as psychology or English).

one has nothing to do with either of the others

For the purposes of college financial aid, your parents' income, not your own, is determinative until you are 24 years old. The ony exceptions are if you are married or a member of the armed services, or if you have a judge's order of emancipation.
