My girlfriend wants facial surgery and has several missing parts, can she get surgery?

My girlfriend was born with both Anophthalmia and Anotia. This means she was born without an eye and an ear. She wants to get surgery to regain these two things. Is she able to do this? If so, what kind of surgery will she need?

They could give her a glass eye. She could not get a real one since that's only science fiction so far. As for an ear, I have no clue how surgeons would figure that one out. She should talk to an actual doctor about this and see what can be done.

She most certainly can get a prosthetic eye and an ear sculpted surgically. Have her see her doctor and get a referral to a plastic surgeon.
