Each day an adult human produces 40 ml or 1.35 fluid ounces of blood. That's like a typical shot glass at the bar.

the average amount in each vile would be 6.5-10 ml. The body can produce between 40 and 70 ml per day. So less than a day.

Vials come in different amounts depending on what the doctor orders. Some are 10 ml and others are 5 ml. If a person is going to have surgery, the doctor will order a lot of tests that required many tubes of blood. Still not enough for the body to miss it. On a base for comparison, someone that donates blood has 450 ml taken and functions after as normal.
