That’s what financial aid, scholarships, and loans are for. Poor people can take out loans to pay for college. Colleges also give out financial aid to those that can’t afford to pay tuition.

Sure. There are plenty of poor people going to college. Many states have lotteries that pay for students that have good grades to go. There are scholarships given for both academics as well as sports.
