I doubt it. They probably just had instincts, which are much different than feelings/emotions. They probably behaved mostly like modern day birds somewhat smart tactically, but incapable of complex eelings.

Yes. Plenty of dinosaurs had parental care and/or herding. They would have felt love and grief, at the very least.
