Should public school become illegal?

I myself received a sub-standard 3rd world education in the ghetto of inner city Detroit. I am thus poorly educated and can barely read or write. while its too late for me there is still a chance for younger people. what do you guys think?

That you are doing a decent job of trolling for Betty DeVos and the rest of the libtard welfare queens. But you need to repost this in Ebonics ti have it be believable.

Would you rather have received no education at all? You can already go to private school or be homeschooled if your parents are concerned about the quality of the public school in your area. Clearly your parents did not care or simply did not have the time or money, meaning you would have not received an education at all without public schooling. Public education in the United States is horribly underfunded. We spend about 9 times as much on war as we do on education.

I think you should talk to your parents. Ultimately, PARENTS are responsible for their children's education... and for holding their chosen educational system -- whether public school, private school, or home schooling -- accountable. If you received a third-world education, your complaint should be with your parents. Oh, and unless you're really stupid, it's never too late to learn.

The foundation of learning is language, if you re in Mexico the language is Spanish. Move there and see how far your children get in their education. In the US our language is English. Teachers, parents, relative, friends, and neighbors should all be inspiring and teaching children the Language of their country. If you are an excellent reader, you can learn anything from a book. All subjects are important but the absolute foundation of it all is language. Language can t just be another elective subject.

I would look for a country work force center, or some such like that, as they really would step it up and even educate you more. But you have to find the right state program for it, so ask about them and all.

Perhaps the school needs to be improved, rather than removed entirely.

Nope. A suggestion that stupid could only come from a high school drop-out.

In America you will not receive a 3rd world education. All public schools have to meet a specific criteria to operate. If you can “barely” read or write it would be due to your study habits or lack of them.

High schools now..1/2 hour math, 1/2 hour English, 1/2 hour science, 1 hour lunch, 3 hours of black history and culture.

Yes, we need to allow President Trump Himself to personally review all material taught to our children in these schools. Only He can fix our broken education system that has continue to eject God from the schools. Without God’s presence we are doomed.

you are going to blame the teachers and/or school for your poor education ?? hogwash !!!! you can/could have performed as well as if not better than any other student

I think you're full of it. For someone that can "barely read or write" you seem quite capable of presenting a coherent thought in writing without misspellings or poor grammar, sounds like your education wasn't as third world as you make it out to be.
