No, they are not even in the same "kingdoms". Thus their lines diverged independently before either mushrooms or humans existed.

It's not possible. It would be correct to say that theoretically, mushrooms and humans have a common ancestor. Whatever that was eventually became humans and mushrooms, but was effectively neither.
