I would rather trump just banning all kissing in public. I don't see why we couldn't talk about someone who is a homosexual in public.

He couldn't. 1. That's a state's rights issue, not a federal one. 2. That's a "Freedom of Speech" issue.

There would be instantly court cases challenging them and eventually they would be overturned, just as a number of Obama's were.

Well, some jurisdictions already ban public kissing between any two people, and #2 violates the Constitutional right of Freedom of Speech, and no President has the power to change the Constitution. That requires a majority vote of the citizens.
