Nothing wrong with that frequency-- most guys can easily ejaculate 3-5 times a day every day. Most guys only do it on average once a day as teens/young adults, then 3-6 times a week when older.

Masturbation is harmless and physiologically beneficial. 3 times a day won't hurt you. It only becomes a problem if it starts to be such an obsession that it interferes with other activities and responsibilities in life.
