Penis should be done growing- most guys finish growing in length by 15 and girth by 16. Adult average is 5.16 inches long and 4.59 inches in girth. Height wise you could still grow if your growth plates are not fused.

Depends when you started. Guys usually thicken up after 17 rather than lengthen = this applies to everything, penis, muscles, shoulders.
