i started master bating a half year ago i tryed it again couple a monts ago and 10 sec after i started pulling it starts hurt from inside But Hurts Strong What Should I Do Please Help Me

Need more info but sounds like you are pulling down on your foreskin that may not be ready to be pulled down. Go slow and gentle and don't try and disturb the foreskin if it hasn't retracted yet.
