How do they know their height if their legs was amputated at a really young age like at 5.

and this matters why?????? what they would have been doesn't matter. They can buy what ever length legs to make them however tall they want to be. Is this a female.

By the length of their existing bones.

Whatever they want it to be. If you had to replacement legs, of course you're going to make yourself the right height to save on pants.
