My main focus is learning martial arts and fighting.but is lifting 30 pounds 20 times impressive? ( just starting to work out)?

I'm 24.and weight about 115 pounds last time I checked,and after punching bags and praciticin my fighting while outside of school, I currently lift 30 pounds 20 times before I rest for the next set.is this considered "strong"?

I do 3 sets of lifting not-heavy weights (20lb-150lb) on eleven different machines 4× a week. I don't consider myself impressive, but I feel great.

You should be able to double the weight for 30 reps. Going 30 pounds, shoot for 50 reps or more. Best for speed would be 20 pounds and 100 reps.

30 pounds benching pressing, no. Lifting a 30lbs dumbell over your head 20 times or curling, yes if you're pushing your strength's limits.
