That will keep you from sleeping. Too much natural sugars will wake you up and it's too much for your digestion to work on during sleep so it would send sugars right to your fat cells. Fruits should be eaten early in the day not late.

bananas for the potassium, if you work out in the morning it'll help reduce cramps :) also eat the bananas in the morning as well
