Can I take medicines like Advil, ibuprofen, or Aleve while taking anti depressants?

Im a 29 year old male and ive had a cold and big headache for like 3 days now, but I ve been taking escitalopram (a subsitute for lexapro) for a little over a week now and I want to know if it s safe to take cold/flu medicines or what would you suggest?
