MU may just be Memory Update meaning it replace the current item in memory with the current value on the calculator.

Memory Recall Clear M- = subtract value that is stored in memory M+ = add value that is stored in memory GT = grand total I don't know what MU is.

I suppose that MRC means to clear the content of memory, M+ means to add the previously typed value to the memory, M- means to detract the value from the memory content
