Is there anything wrong with not wanting to tell people what my Therapist and I talk about?

    Not a thing. It's between you and him/her.

    Your prerogative. Even legally that information falls under " Therapist, patient confidentiality". Peace.

    No. That's personal and private, at least if you want it to be. But you could tell them just generally, like what subjects you talk about, without going into the details, if you're comfortable with that.

    No there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. What you discuss with your therapist is your business and no one elses.

    You don't have to tell people what you and your therapist talk about. It's nobody's business and its highly confidential.

    No problem whatsoever what you say in a therapist office can stay there until the end of time its no one elses business

    Nothing wrong at all, what you talk about is private and no one should or needs to know.

    it's private . it would be rude to ask someone what they tell their therapist .
