Forgot to change Period Pad for one day, plus a few hours. Will I catch an infection, or should I be fine?

I was at a babysitting coarse for the majority of one day, and forgot to change my pad when I got home. Also, I was at a friend's house for the following night, and didn't come home until late in the afternoon. Am i at risk for an infection?

For pads it's fine. That happens to me sometimes because my job gets very busy. Just don't do that with tampons.

You're not likely to get an infection. But if you haven't changed your pad for about 1-1/2 days, you're going to start stinking.

No, just remember in future, the infection women can get is from leaving a tampon inside them.

all you will do is over flow and leak

You'll be fine. Everything comes out, nothing goes in. You cant get an infection.
