Sure. We continually inhale the water vapor that's in the air all the time. There does come a point where the vapor density is too great and it precludes the oxygen in the air from entering into the blood stream. Then one dies of hypoxia. We drown.

Unless you treat the air to remove the water, you do so everytime you take a breath of air.

You do it with every breath. Humidity is the saturation level of water vapor in the air. Typically around 30-70% in most homes.

You do inhale water vapor all the time. Air always includes some water vapor. Even if there wasn't any to begin with, you exhale water vapor as part of your metabolism, so there would be some of that water vapor in what you inhale for the next breath.
