    You always are, its in the air

    Sure. We continually inhale the water vapor that's in the air all the time. There does come a point where the vapor density is too great and it precludes the oxygen in the air from entering into the blood stream. Then one dies of hypoxia. We drown.

    You do inhale water vapor all the time. Air always includes some water vapor. Even if there wasn't any to begin with, you exhale water vapor as part of your metabolism, so there would be some of that water vapor in what you inhale for the next breath.
