its only your type that matters to the fetus and it has to be Rh neg not positive. There is ABO problems, but that is moot for you because you are the same ABO type, so there are no issues at all with your blood types.

Your blood types are compatible even though they are different. Only the Rh factor matters, and there's only a potential for problems when the mother is negative and the father positive.
