I agree, The largest tile that can be used is 12m 15cm long and 8m 91cm broad. If you really mean the "largest square tile", say so.

Length =12m 15cm= 1215cm Breadth = 8 m 91cm =891 cm 1215 =3x3x3x3x3x5 891= 3x3x3x3x11 Hence LCM =3x3x3x3= 81 cm The length of the largest tile that can be used= 81 cm
