A user "k w" said that oatmeal is not healthy for you, why is that? He said if you ask a nutritionist they will say it is not healthy. Is he full of crap or is he right?

It's not. S/he's full of it. No nutritionist anywhere would make such a spurious claim.

Oatmeal is not unhealthy. Don't be silly. This comes from the same people who seek out gluten free water.
