Is my weight concerning? I am 5’3, 205 lbs at 14. I play defensive tackle and squat 230, deadlift 250 and bench 140.?

You are fairly strong for a 14 year old. BUT, I think you could easily lift the same amount of weight at 50 pounds less. Mass does help with football, but I think you are setting yourself up for some big health problems in your future.

Your body mass index is around 34.6... A person whose BMI > 30 is considered obese (so you are a whale). You should loose 71/72 lbs.

140? You are weak if you can't bench your body weight at least ten times I weigh 170 and I can bench your weight 20 times maybe 25 easy and I am in my 50's
