Complete removal of the penis and testicles?
6 answers
What is the term for the surgery that completely removes the penis and both testicles leaving just a hole down there for urine. Also, what would that person's gender be? Could they just classify themselves as male? Any info would help.

emasculation? In the west, they'd still consider themselves male. In some other cultures, people with testicles removed ("eunuchs") are considered a separate gender (or even sexe). penectomy is very rare. How are you going to pee without a penis?

Consider this very carefully before proceeding further. You can't glue them back on.

Mutilation.. You become a eunuch. Your gender would be male but you couldn't do anything about it.

removing the penis and testicles doesnt turn a man into a woman,, it just makes him into a eunuch... the male DNA will remain.
