Do full time substitute teachers get portraits like full time teachers?

Say you're hired as a full time sub for a school, do you get to take a photo like full time teachers? (you know, the kind with the background etc on picture day).

I daresay this is is handled differently in different schools. There is no universal law.

Yes, if you're there on picture day you get your picture taken. All staff can have their picture taken for free, even custodians, lunch staff, and aides.

I am not sure because I am not going to be a teacher as far as I know.
