I've been working on being less depressed for six years, and medication, therapy, meditation, exercises, vitamins, homeopathic solutions, and many other things have failed me. What makes you happy?

selfcare. go off meds. talk to a therapist more

I think its good to take up working out. Whether its jogging, walking a few miles a day, lifting weights, or combinations ..... it will make you feel better about yourself especially once you have stuck with it for a year or more.

Accomplishment. Happiness cant be given, its earned. The only person you need to convince is yourself.
