I’m a 16 year old African American male and I want my tongue to be wayyyy longer I mean I already think it’s a ok length but I want it to come way down over my chin , any products ? Effective excersizes ? Etc

You can't make your tongue grow but you can make it stick out more, there is an operation where the Dr can cut the thing under your tongue that connects it to the bottom of your mouth.

Check out the microcosmic orbit where they turn the tongue inside, middle easterners practiced the stretching until their tongue can reach the nasal cavity.

Your only option is surgery. But keep in mind no insurance is going to cover something like that and you would be out of pocket tens of thousands of dollars yes, and the possibility of risks do exist.
