Most times I will feel a throbbing sensation and other times when I walk just right above my knee cap I will feel a pull. I don’t know what’s going on but my knees seriously hurt.

You may have torn cartilage in your knees, which can cause long term pain if it isn't repaired.

You sound like you messed with some nerves.

Talk to your doctor about physical therapy to build up strength again in your knees. Damage to soft tissue is difficult to diagnose, pin-point, and cure. A therapist can help in all those things, and may even suggest othoscopic surgery.

Doctors can get things wrong. They are only human. If you're having a problem, you have a problem! It might be time to look for a "second opinion". Good luck! I hope you find some solutions to your pain.

Was it just a regular doctor last time? If it harts bad enough to affect you then imo I'd get it looked at again, and by an Orthopedist who can hopefully better tell you what's going on since they specialize in bones, joints, and muscles.
