Is it weird that I’m female and take in 120 grams of protein daily?

I’m 5ft 10 inches and weigh 150 lbs. I do moderate exercise 5 days a week.

You should be taking 1 g for each pound so you need up it to 150

Its 2X more than you really need. A woman your size only needs between 50 and 66 grams of protein a day. Anything higher than 70 is just being wasted.
