If I put a USB in the oven at 130 degrees c will it explode?

As others have said, USB is a protocol. If you mean USB memory device, then no, it will not explode. It may well be damaged. If you mean USB cable, then no, it will not explode. It may well be damaged. But please use proper terminology in your questions.

NO, BUT ITS MAIN CHIP IS GOING TO DIE WITHIN A MINUTE AND NO MORE GOOD TO USE AGAIN. ALL THE CONTENT STORED IN CHIP IS GONE FOREVER AND COULD NOT BE RECOVERED.

If you put a Universal Serial Bus in an oven? USB is used more as an adjective than a noun. A USB what?? A USB memory stick? 130° C = 266° F

No, there is nothing explosive in a USB drive. It will, however, probably melt or at least deform any plastic that is housing the drive and may damage some of the electronics.
