Walking a mile burns 150 calories so walk 10 miles a day. Add lots of vegetables to your diet so you eat less of the fatty foods. And stop eating after 6PM.

i would jump rope if thats what you want to do, i would also get your thyroid checked to see if its slowing down your metabolism
